At BaanBiome’s “Gut Fuel” Grocery, we offer the same carefully selected ingredients we use at home with our family. We understand that finding clean, trustworthy food can be a challenge, so we take care to choose products from reliable suppliers and focus on simple, wholesome staples—such as fermented produce, bone broths, natural cooking oils, mineral-rich salts, homemade sauces, herbs and spices, nuts and seeds, organic rice, coffee beans, and wild honey. If we can’t find items that meet our standards, we make them ourselves.
Our store is small, and we avoid stocking up in large quantities since real, natural foods—especially fruits and vegetables—don’t keep for long without preservatives, which we choose not to use. Some items are seasonal or only available in limited amounts. If you’re after something specific, just let us know and we’ll do our best to include it in our next order.
Some of the products are available for online purchase. Please loak us up in LINE app, under line ID @BaanBiome
We love growing our own herbs and spices, but honestly, it’s never quite enough! Just between our sneaky little chickens and the staff, there’s barely anything left to sell. No worries though—we team up with trusted organic growers for weekly deliveries, and if you want, you can always pre-order with us!ปลูกเท่าใหร่ก็ไม่ทันกิน ไก่น้อยกับพนักงานแอบกินหมด😭
This is where it all started for us—making kombucha for our family, who have diabetes and digestive problems, in a flavor that’s easy and delicious to enjoy. Eventually, friends wanted to try it, and more and more people became interested, so we turned it into a small business. —come and try all 12 of our gut-loving flavors!
Scan the information wall to learn about the power of healing foods and what they can do for your body. Also, learn what to avoid, as that is just as important. Industrially made foods and medicines often contain preservatives, emulsifiers, and additives that not only harm your health but also make you crave more. Sadly, their profit comes at the expense of your healthspan.
Our flavors and pure ingredients are truly one of a kind. If you’re a fan of sorbet, well—in our biased opinion—this is way better :) Why? It’s made with the pure, natural flavors of kombucha, packed with post-biotics, and contains no added sugar, emulsifiers, or chemical stabilizers. If you only knew what kinds of ingredients go into commercial ice cream, you might just scream :D
Our fermented products vary depending on the season and ingredient availability. We make a variety of fermented goods like kimchi, coconut yogurt, natto, sauerkraut, and more. Since these are small-batch, homemade productions, they aren’t always available. If you’re interested, please pre-order to secure yours.
This isn’t a full grocery store—more like our kitchen supply, stocked with healthy ingredients you can pick up to cook at home. If you’re looking for something specific, just let us know. And if you know any honest producers who truly care about their products, please share their information with us. We’d be happy to include their goods and support our community of like-minded people.
Take your time and make yourself comfortable—this isn’t a fast-food spot where we rush you out the door. If we’re around, we’d love to hear your story about what brought you here, and we’ll gladly share ours too. We all have family and friends facing various health challenges, and most of the time, it begins with diet and lifestyle. We believe in learning and growing together, so why not do it side by side
We have put a lot of effort over the past two years into renovating an unused three-story house that’s over 50 years old, given to us along with the land, into a cozy space where we can sit, share, and enjoy activities with friends. It’s like a little countryside retreat that’s within walking distance from our house, and now we’re excited to open it up for you. We hope you’ll feel right at home here too.
Ask our staff for a free kombucha tasting. Some flavors are so surprising, you might not even realize it’s kombucha—they taste more like mocktails or fancy fruit drinks. You can even challenge yourself with a blind tasting game to see if your taste buds are sharp enough to guess the fruits, herbs, and spices we’ve used.
